Introduction:On the basis of conventional reactors, the jacket is surrounded by outer tubes. The tube is equipped with circulating cooling water, the cross section of the tube is semicircular, and the body of the enamel reactor and the surrounding tube are welded together.
Advantages: The liquid in the tube has a fast flow rate and high heat transfer efficiency. The wall thickness of the jacket is much thicker than that of the traditional enamel reactor, so it can withstand greater pressure. When the pressure required for the production reaction is high, it is more appropriate to use a half-tube reactor. Finally, the high-speed flow of the medium in the outer-tube jacket can also effectively prevent the generation of dirt on the inner surface of the jacket, which greatly reduces the cost of jacket cleaning.
