Multifunctional filtration, washing and drying equipment (three-in-one) is a multifunctional solid-liquid separation equipment that can perform filtration, washing, reaction and drying in the same closed container. It is widely used in fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals, petroleum, food, printing and dyeing, medicine and other industries. Due to its unique structure, this device has many distinctive features:

Working principle and process

1.Feeding;

2.Filtration: achieve solid-liquid separation under vacuum or pressure;

3.Filter cake flat material: The stirring blade rotates in reverse to smooth the cracks on the surface of the filter cake to avoid short circuiting of the cleaning solvent along the cracks;

4.Slurry mixing and cleaning: The cleaning liquid is evenly sprayed in the container through the spray ball, which can realize internal cleaning and material cleaning. Mix the filter cake and cleaning liquid by lifting and lowering the stirring blade so that the material is fully washed;

5.Drying: Under vacuum, the stirring blade rotates forward to loosen the filter cake layer by layer. The equipment heating system evenly heats the wet filter cake to accelerate the evaporation of the solvent and fully dry the material;

6.Online sampling: During the drying process, material sampling and inspection can be carried out through the sampling valve;

7.Side discharge: After drying, the mixing blade rotates forward to scrape and push the material to be automatically discharged from the side discharge port of the equipment;

8.CIP and SIP.
